Membership in the "Frankenstein Factory Team" is optional but there are many benefits one of which is guaranteed priority support and a high priority service level Monday thru Saturday, 6 days a week. We realize when you are competing at an event and you have a question or need assistance, it will not typically be between normal business hours. Therefore we offer "preferred priority customer support" to all of our Factory Team members and will do our best to promptly reply to your request for support either via text message or a phone call. When necessary, we also use "Team Viewer" which allows us to connect to your vehicle to review a data log and make tune adjustments as long as you have a laptop and a license for HP Tuners software. If you do not own a copy of HP Tuners software, many of a Factory Team members do own a licensed copy and if they are located in your area you can make arrangements to meet with them which will allow us to connect to your vehicle to review data logs and making tuning adjustments to your vehicle.*
* When using a copy of HP Tuner VCM Suite you will be required to purchase credits for your vehicle VIN#.
If you wish to continue as a Frankenstein Factory Team Member, pay the $75.00 renewal fee and you will automatically receive a renewal invoice annually. To cancel your membership account, reply to the renewal email notification with the subject line "Please Cancel". If you cancel, your customer account will be downgraded to a Standard Customer membership and you will no longer receive the additional Frankenstein Factory team benefits. All of our Ambassador and Alliance Partner members will have limited access to the "members only" section of this website.
